Important Mailing Suggestions: It is recommended that you take the following steps when mailing your materials: Use a photo mailer or sandwich the photo between two pieces of stiff cardboard. Write "Do Not Bend" clearly on the envelope. When mailing film, slides, tapes, etc. be sure to indicate the order you'd like them transferred and any other instructions. Note: Whitt's will keep digital copies of all of your work on file for up to one year. Send your items "Priority Mail", Fedex, UPS, or any way that gives you a tracking number. *Note: It's a good idea to e-mail or call us when you mail photos, film or slides so we can be on the look out for them and let you know they have safely arrived. (we are not responsible for film, slides, tapes, or photos lost or damaged in the mail).* Turnaround times are usually within 10 business days, however this can vary depending on the current workload .
